- Staff Nurs: This post of Staff Nurse can be terminated primarily with leave period, the duration of which can be increased or decreased as per the requirement by IPHB. There are total 04 posts for this post,
- Assistant Pharmaceutical Chemist: There is only 01 post for this post. This is for a period of one year only or till such time as a candidate is selected for the post, he/she is filled on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
Scale of Pay
In this recruitment of Institute of Psychiatry & Human Behaviour, the selected candidates for both Staff Nursing and Assistant Pharmaceutical Chemist will be given a salary of Rs 45,765/- per month/per head.

Under IPHB Recruitment 2024, the minimum age limit for both Staff Nursing and Assistant Pharmaceutical Chemist posts is 18 years and maximum age is 45 years, if the candidate is above this age then he will be disqualified.
Education Qualification

- Staff Nurse:
- Essential
- (a) Candidate must have done Nursing from any recognized Institute, original certificate of which must be with the candidate.
- (b) If candidate is male and wishes to apply for Nurse then he must have Certificate in Midwifery/Special training for a minimum duration of 6 months, it is a mandatory qualification.
- OR
- 1. Applicant candidate must have B.Sc Nursing qualification certificate.
- 2. The candidate must possess either a Certificate of Registered Nurse or a Certificate of Registration as Registered Midwife from the State Council.
- 3. Candidate must have knowledge of Konkani.
- Desirable
- Applicant female / male must have knowledge of Marathi

- Assistant Pharmaceutical Chemist:
- Essential
- 1. Applicant for this post should have B. Pharmacy degree or equivalent degree from any recognized university.
- 2. If the candidate has 3 years of supervisory experience in a pharmacy service and also has worked in a Government Undertaking, a reputed pharmaceutical company or a hospital having more than 500 beds and has at least 3 years of experience in the field of medicine/manufacturing of drugs, he/she will be eligible to apply.
- 3. Along with the above mentioned qualifications, the candidate must also have knowledge of Konkani language.

- (1) If a candidate has obtained M.Pharma degree from any recognized university or has completed its equivalent education, then he will be considered eligible.
- (2) The candidate must have knowledge of Marathi language.
