CG Government Job Vacancy 2024 12th Pass for Guest Salary

According to the information received from the official notification, in this recruitment, there is a provision of honorarium for guest speakers for a maximum of 5 hours per working day, in which a person will be paid Rs. 140 per hour for his training work. Overall, a maximum honorarium of Rs. 15000 per month has been provided to the guest speakers in return for their work. Later, it can also be changed from time to time as per the instructions issued by the government.

Education Qualification

• Steno Hindi/electrician/machinist/driver Cum mechanic/mechanic diesel/Easy Drying/W.C.S
  • (1). The applicant candidate must have passed at least (10+2) examination from a recognized board.
    • OR
  • If the candidate has passed the first year graduation course examination from any recognized university or institution along with Higher Secondary examination, then he will be considered eligible to apply.
  • For the post of Steno Hindi, the candidate must have a skill certificate of typing speed of at least 100 words per minute from any recognized board/institution/shorthand because if the candidate has this skill, only then he will be selected, because for this pass, one will have to give a skill test for speed.

For this recruitment, candidates will have to apply through offline mode, for which first of all they will have to obtain the application form and after entering all the information sought in the application form and affidavit, after attaching copies of all the sought documents, pack it in an envelope and send it through speed post to the mentioned place.

Determination of marks and selection process

• For this recruitment, for all the posts for which CTI/ATI qualification is required, for all those posts, all those candidates who have the certificate of passing the yearly CTI/ATI, then a merit list will be prepared on the basis of the qualifications and marks obtained by all those eligible candidates who have acquired the technical qualification and skills, in which the names of the candidates will be included in the list on the basis of marks and skills.
• Candidates who have passed CTI/ATI, and all of them do not appear for this recruitment, or candidates having such certificates are not available, then in this situation, the process will be started to select the candidates fulfilling the prescribed qualification, for which a list of such candidates will be prepared who will have technical qualification for this recruitment, this merit list will be prepared on the basis of their marks obtained in technical qualification.
• There are also such posts in this recruitment in which the candidates are required to have a valid license of Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) for the trades, in such a case the candidates have to attach a copy of the said certificate required for those trades along with their application form and necessary documents, only then the candidate will be considered eligible.
• The candidate will have to give a typing test in Hindi language in which the candidate should have a speed of 100 words per minute in short writing in Hindi. If the candidate is found unable to type at the rate of 100 words per minute, then the decision will be taken at the director level and the candidate who has the skill of typing 80 words per minute in Hindi will be considered for selection.
• In this recruitment, the candidates who will be selected as guest speakers, and after being selected, if he/she does not report for duty at the scheduled time or is absent, then the selection of that candidate will be considered cancelled.
